From the boardrooms of Endemol Ent. and Polygram Filmed Ent. to the global breakout of Mocro Maffia — Pim van Collem has spent four decades putting Dutch content on the world stage. He founded Dutch Features, built it into an international sales force, and evolved it into Skoop Media. Along the way, he brokered landmark deals with European broadcasters/streamers and developed distribution deals with powerhouses such as New Regency, Tandem and Lions Gate. He also initiated and executive produced the multi award-winning documentary Buddha’s Lost Children, and brought the Emmy award-winning family series Floor Rules! to audiences in over 50 countries. Pim doesn’t just distribute stories — he makes them travel.

Françoise Nieto-Fong is an award-winning film & TV producer, writer, and distributor. Her production credits include work for MTV, Aljazeera, Fox, and National Geographic, as well as festival films. Sunset Over America, her second collaboration with Chilean director Matías Rojas Valencia, received the Special Mention of the Generations 14 Youth Jury at the Berlinale 2025, Best Script at the Montreal International Film Festival, and was selected for over a dozen film festivals. With Skoop Media, formerly Dutch Features, she is proud to have made Dutch content available across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

As a result, she has the unique ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects, successfully navigate challenges and remain focused on providing effective organizational management.

Tracy’s career in the international film and TV industry spans over three decades. She started in London, where she worked as a sales and marketing executive for Glinwood Films, which held the worldwide rights to all of Jeremy Thomas’ films, including Little Buddha and The Sheltering Sky. Subsequently, her journey took her to Madrid, where she established and headed up the international sales department for Spain’s leading independent film producer, responsible for Jamón, Jamón as well as Belle Époque, which won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language film in 1994. After moving to Amsterdam, she embarked on a new venture and started her own translation company, specializing in film & TV, which she did successfully for over 12 years.

Paris-based, Jeanne Rabreau specializes in the international film and television industry. She previously worked at StudioCanal, Canal+ and The Jokers Films across production, marketing, acquisitions, and international sales. Passionate about cinema, Jeanne first started on the creative side by directing award-winning short films for over a decade before deliberately moving into the business side of the industry. Her background brings both editorial sensitivity and commercial insight to international sales.
